In this class, Meghan Cassidy will teach you the basics of royal icing and several different decorating techniques including flooding, piping, brushing, and pen. Sprinkles, bright colors, and metallics will abound. This class is aimed for beginners, so come as you are! You will practice your piping and flooding skills before decorating some mermaid- and unicorn-themed sugar cookies. You will go home with six sugar cookies decorated by you and plenty of tricks of the trade!
